Before submitting this form, please double-check that you have selected the CORRECT ACADEMIC TEAM (8-1, 8-2, or 8-3) – otherwise, your gown may not be the correct color! If you are not sure of your Academic Team, click HERE to see a class list with the Academic Team assignments.
Please complete and submit this order form with payment by April 30, 2024. Gowns will be distributed in June – more information will come through School Messenger when that time comes.
